Theme: Emotional Intelligence (EQ) for the Small Internal Audit Function

At this session we will discuss what Emotional Intelligence (EQ) is, and whether it makes for better internal auditors and a more effective small internal audit function.

We will talk about:
•    What is EQ?
•    How EQ differs from IQ
•    What use can EQ be for internal auditors and internal auditing
•    What the impact of EQ is
•    How we could recruit for EQ
•    How to know if you (and your team) have EQ
•    How we can develop EQ in ourselves and others.

This will be a round table discussion.  Come along and share your experiences and views. The Chatham House Rule applies.

The SPIG is a discussion and networking forum for internal auditors in small teams.
