Regional Ambassador Programme

IIA NZ Regional Ambassador Programme: Strengthening Connections Across New Zealand

The IIA NZ Ambassador Programme, launched in 2023, was created to strengthen our network and engagement with members across New Zealand. This initiative provides a platform for building connections, sharing knowledge, and enhancing the overall membership experience.

As we build on this initiative, we are excited to welcome new IIA NZ Student Ambassadors in 2026 from local universities. Each student will be buddied with an IIA NZ full member and a regional ambassador, creating valuable opportunities for mentoring, professional growth, and stronger connections within our community.

What is an IIA NZ Ambassador?

Our IIA NZ Ambassadors stand as proud representatives and advocates for the Institute of Internal Auditors within their respective regions. These individuals play a pivotal role in fostering effective communication, supporting and enhancing local events, and championing the significance of the internal audit profession.

This webpage offers in-depth insights into the roles and responsibilities of Ambassadors, their contributions to the local internal audit community, and how you can connect with them.
