Question: What if I need to add a new staff member onto the group membership during the year?
Answer: Our membership fees are pro-rated and so you only pay for the membership remaining for the current calendar year.
The membership fee will be calculated based on the pro-rated amount along with the appropriate group membership discount.

Question: We have the maximum number of staff for our membership category and need to add another staff member. What discount do we receive?
Answer: If you have already purchased a group membership for the year and need to add staff which will exceed your current membership category, the new staff will receive the discount for the next category of membership. No additional discounts for the memberships already purchased will be given.

For example, if you have a Bronze group membership with five staff, and need to add another staff member, the sixth member only will receive the discount for the Silver group membership.

Question: What happens to my employee's membership when they leave our organisation?
Answer: Their membership lapses, and you are able to add their replacement (if appropriate) onto your group membership.
For the employee that has left, we offer a pro-rated individual membership fee so they have the option to continue their membership once they leave your organisation.
