Career Pathway - Foundational
This phase in the Internal Auditors career is aimed at:
- Those thinking about Internal Audit as a career, or
- Those new to Internal Audit and preparing for a move to the Performing phase, typically with a role title of "Internal Auditor"
Career Pathway - Performing
This phase in the Internal Auditors career is aimed at:
- Those actively engaged in the Internal Audit role, typically with a role title of "Senior or Lead Internal Auditor", or
- Those preparing for a move to the Leading / Inspiring phase
Career Pathway - Leading & Inspiring
This phase in the Internal Auditors career is aimed at:
- Those actively engaged in management aspects of the Internal Audit role, typically with a role title of "Manager", "Senior Manager" or "Head of Audit" (or equivalent)
