Within the short span of a few months since the beginning of 2020, Covid-19 has brought about seismic changes and shifts in many of the things that we know and may have taken for granted. It has upended entrenched organisational and business processes, and accelerated the pace of changes that some may had been resistant to embrace. The rapid spread of the highly-infectious virus had brought global economies to a standstill as countries curtailed movement and social interactions by closing offices, businesses and schools, transitioning a majority of the workforce and the student population to online working and learning. Undoubtedly, the need to respond and adapt quickly is paramount in business continuity and sustainability, which is not limited to work processes but also at a broader level - stakeholder expectations.
