TeamMate / Wolters Kluwer Webinar: Third-Party Risk Topical Requirements: A Practitioner's Perspective

  • Wednesday 17 December 2025
  • 5:00 AM - 6:00 AM NZDT
The Institute of Internal Auditors has released a new Topical Requirement for Third-Party Risk Management, setting updated expectations for how internal auditors assess vendor and contractor relationships. As organisations deepen their reliance on external partners, third-party risk has become a critical focus area for strong governance, risk management and control.

Wolters Kluwer TeamMate is hosting a live webinar, "Third-Party Risk Topical Requirements: A Practitioner's Perspective", presented by Mike Levy, CIA, CRMA, CISSP, CDPSE, Chief Executive Officer & Managing Principal at Cherry Hill Advisory. Mike will share practical guidance on adapting your audit approach, strengthening oversight and staying ahead of evolving regulatory expectations.

Learning objectives include:
  • Examining the Third-Party Topical Requirement and its impact on audit planning and quality assessment
  • Identifying and evaluating common third-party risks, including cybersecurity, financial stability, compliance gaps, legal exposures and reputational threats
  • Applying risk-based audit methodologies to third-party relationships, including due diligence, monitoring and corrective action frameworks
