  • Approving the minutes of the AGM 2022 held on 17 May 2023.
  • Receiving the Annual Report for the year ending 2023.
  • Election for the vacancies on the National Board for 2024 - 2025.
  • General Business for which due notice has been given.

To facilitate the AGM flow, please send any questions regarding the Annual Report or Financial Statements to admin@iianz.org.nz before Monday, 13 May 2024. These will be addressed during the AGM. You can still ask questions at the AGM.

9.2.iv. Should a member wish to bring before the AGM any notice of motion, or business not relating to the ordinary business of The Institute shall give notice in writing to IIA NZ office not less than fourteen (14) calendar days before the day of the meeting.

Voting opens on 29 April 2024, and closes on Wednesday 15 May, at 5 pm.

Note, this year all IIA NZ AGM voting is online only. Please ensure you submit your vote before the closing date, Wednesday 15 May, at 5 pm.
