2022 CIA Price Increase

The Global Board approved the exam registration price increase for the Certified Internal Auditor® (CIA®) program on 1 April 2020. This price increase implementation was postponed due to COVID-19.

This is the first CIA exam fee increase since April 2017. While they recognise the changes impact candidates globally, the need to make the change was due to raising costs and global inflation.

The new prices will come into effect on 1 September 2022. There is no change to the CIA application fee.
