The Opportunity:
We have opportunities at Senior Advisor /Assistant Manager (circa 3 - 4 years experience) and Manager (circa 5 years experience) working with our clients in our Corporates and Financial Services sectors.
In these roles, you will support our clients in either the design and implementation of control frameworks to manage risks within a business, or in the independent third party assurance testing of the design and operational effectiveness of controls.
Day to day you will:
Work alongside junior team members and management to support the overall scoping, execution, and delivery of a variety of controls, assurance and internal audit projects.
Provide practical advice and guidance to assist with the identification of risks and controls.
Use data and other innovation to analyse trends, patterns and identify risks in processes.
Maintain strong relationships with the client during and post engagements.
Provide technical knowledge, direction, coaching and training to colleagues through day-to-day management of teams on engagements.
Deliver reports post engagements with practical recommendations and insights to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of business processes and systems.
Be involved in 'go to market' initiatives and business development with the ability to target clients and markets that interest you.
What you'll bring to our team:
Relevant experience gained across Controls, Assurance, Internal Audit or Risk working in the Corporates and/or Financial Services sector.
The ability to work collaboratively with a team of experts across the wider consulting teams
Strong communication, stakeholder management and influencing skills.
The ability to analyse information quickly and efficiently, using innovative and creative solutions to solve problems.
Highly organised with the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities along with strong planning and project management skills.
A positive and flexible attitude and an enthusiasm to embrace new challenges and growth opportunities.
