Topic: Project Assurance

Presenters: Vaughan Harrison and Aaron Steele

Vaughan is a partner in the PwC Wellington office and leads the project assurance services. As a Government Chief Information Officer accredited Lead Reviewer across Project Assurance, Programme Assurance and Technical Implementation Assurance, Vaughan provides trust, confidence and insights to how programmes and projects of change are positioned to deliver their planned outcomes and benefits.

Aaron is a senior manager in the PwC Hamilton office and has experience in performing multiple types of project assurance work on IT implementation projects ranging in size from $200,000 to $50 million. In particular, he focuses on providing real-time assurance for clients while the project is being implemented.
