The IIA plays an active role in the public arena, building awareness of internal auditing, promoting members’ interests and challenging organisations to reach the highest standards of corporate governance. The International Standards and Code of Ethics unite a global community of 170,000 internal auditors in 165 countries.

The Institute is committed to enhancing the recognition and professionalism of internal audit and by joining the IIA in New Zealand you become an affiliate of IIA Inc and are part of this worldwide network.

We offer excellent training for auditors. Through conferences, seminars, customised training programmes, and educational presentations, IIANZ provides internal auditing professionals with the information and skills they need to stay at the leading edge. These programmes are at reduced costs to IIANZ members.
