Strategic Plan 2012-2014

The IIANZ strategic plan 2012-14 was signed off by the Board at its December 2011 meeting.  The plan comprises 4 strategic objectives:

  • Advocate and promote internal audit, IIA Standards and professional certifications.
  • Enhance our members’ careers and value to their organisations.
  • Formalise strategic alliances with complementary organisations and work together to achieve mutually beneficial objectives.
  • Attract and retain internal audit professionals.

The objectives are underpinned by a number of investment strategies and measures to be actioned over the three years in order to achieve the goals and build a stronger Institute.  Click on the PDF below to view the full plan.

Reviews and amendments

  • A review of the Constitution, By Laws and Branch rules was carried out in 2005 and amended and ratified by a Special General Meeting in April 2006.
  • The Branch Rules and By Laws were further amended in December 2006.
