NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF THE INSTITUTE OF INTERNAL AUDITORS NZ (Inc)

TO BE HELD ON WEDNESDAY 22 MAY 2024,
COMMENCING AT 12 NOON

To be held face to face at PwC New Zealand, PwC Centre, Level 4, 10 Waterloo Quay, Wellington and by video conference. 
The link to the video conference will be emailed in the week before the AGM.

Notice of Business

  • Receiving apologies.
  • Approving the minutes of the AGM 2022 held on 17 May 2023.
  • Receiving the Annual Report for the year ending 2023.
  • Election for the vacancies on the National Board for 2024 – 2025.
  • General Business for which due notice has been given.

To assist with the flow of the AGM please send any questions relating to the Annual Report or Financial Statements to admin@iianz.org.nz prior to the close of business on Monday 13 May 2024. These will be answered during the AGM. This does not preclude the asking of questions at the AGM.

9.2.iv. Should a member wish to bring before the AGM any notice of motion, or business not relating to the ordinary business of The Institute shall give notice in writing to IIA NZ office not less than fourteen (14) calendar days before the day of the meeting.

AGM registrations are now open. If you wish to attend the AGM online, please ensure you register before Monday 20 May, to allow the IIA NZ National Office sufficient time to send the online link to you. 

For those attending the AGM in person, registrations will remain open until the start of the AGM on 22 May, at midday, where you will be able to register manually if you haven't already registered.

Voting is now open, and closes on Wednesday 15 May, at 5 pm.

Note, this year all IIA NZ AGM voting is online only. Please ensure you submit your vote before the closing date, Wednesday 15 May 2024, at 5 pm.
